4-Week AI Enablement Program
Role-Based Cohorts · Prompting → Agents → Workflows
A behavior-change program that turns AI from a curiosity into a daily habit across the organization.
The Case for Change
Why Not a One-Off
AI adoption is behavior change — and behavior doesn't change in a single session.
Multiple Sessions
Spread across multiple weeks, not one big training day.
Accountability Between Sessions
Homework and behavior tracking between every session.
Role-Specific Cohorts
People build for the work they actually do.
The Multiplier
Participants share prompts, agents, and workflows so wins spread across the org.
Program Structure
The Four-Week Arc
Progressive by difficulty — each week builds on the last.
Week 1 — Prompting
Write strong, repeatable prompts for real tasks.
Week 2 — Agents
Build reusable assistants tailored to each role.
Week 3 — Workflows
Chain steps into end-to-end, multi-step processes.
Week 4 — Showcase
In-person: everyone demos what they built.
Cohort Design
Cohort Structure
Six cohorts of ~20, grouped by function so tooling matches the work. Cohorts stay small so facilitators can ensure everyone is actually building.
Before Week 1
Week 0 — Intake & Pre-Qualification
The biggest challenge is the wide range of comfort levels — even within one cohort. We pre-qualify so no one is left behind or held back.
Skills Survey
Short assessment for every participant to gauge baseline comfort with AI tools.
Pain-Point Interviews
Sampled interviews to seed each cohort's curriculum with real, relevant use cases.
Tool Access
All tool access provisioned and tested before Week 1 begins.
Session Design
The 75-Minute Session
Every weekly session follows the same rhythm.
1
0–10 min
Homework debrief
2
10–55 min
Concept teach, demoed on real work, Hands-on lab with each person's own tasks
3
55–70 min
Share and troubleshoot
4
70–75 min
Assign homework
Curriculum
Week-by-Week Content
Week 1 — Prompting
Turn a recurring task into a structured, reusable prompt.
Week 2 — Agents
Convert that prompt into a saved assistant with instructions and reference files.
Week 3 — Workflows
Connect agents into a 3–4 step sequence that runs end to end.
Week 4 — Showcase
Apply it to a live deliverable and present to the full group.
Role-Specific Design
Role-Specific Use Cases
Each cohort works from a starter menu shaped by the intake interviews.
Sales
Prospect briefs, pitch narratives, RFP drafts, follow-ups
Planning, Analytics & Ops
Data summaries, pacing/variance, Excel help
Solutions
Creative concepting, sponsorship narratives, research synthesis
Enabling Functions
Contract/policy summaries, variance explanations, reconciliation
Executive
Synthesizing team output, leadership comms, strategic messaging
Technology
Tools
Training will be delivered on Copilot and/or Claude — depending on which is readily available and approved at the time of delivery. The program is tool-agnostic by design and flexes as the approved-tool list evolves.
Copilot / Native Tools
Simpler day-to-day tasks handled with familiar, integrated tooling.
Claude (Advanced Reasoning)
More complex reasoning tasks — including Claude inside Copilot and Claude + Excel.

The real skill we teach is judgment — knowing which tool fits which task.
Week 4
The In-Person Showcase
With every VP in the room, this is the payoff — approximately 2 hours, with the option to split across the two-day field leadership meeting.
1
Live Demos
Each cohort demos its best agent or workflow in front of the full group.
2
"Borrow This" Round
Teams adopt each other's tools — spreading wins across the organization.
3
VP Commitments
Each VP commits to one workflow their team will run, with 30/60-day check-ins.
Leadership Track
The Executive Cohort
Rita and Deb run the same Prompting → Agents → Workflows arc on executive workflows.
High-Touch & Condensed
With two people, the whole session becomes a working lab — fully personalized.
Same Muscle, Same Arc
Leadership builds the same capabilities the broader org is developing.
Credibility & Accountability
Lets them speak to the tools from real experience and hold teams accountable.
