Weeks 2–3
Two focused 1:1 sessions per week covering prompting strategy, context-setting, chaining, automation, and agent design — all built around the winner's specific role, tools, and goals. No generic content. Every example is theirs.
Week 4: Build Session
Each winner's final session is a hands-on build. Together, we create a working AI agent tailored to a real problem in their day — something they can use immediately. The session ends with a short showcase to their peers, turning the deliverable into a moment of recognition.

Week 1
Prompting fundamentals tailored by role — sellers learn to draft outreach, prep for calls, and summarize pipeline updates; non-sellers learn to accelerate research, reporting, and communication. Everyone leaves with 5 prompts they can use the next day.
Week 2
Advanced prompting techniques — chaining prompts together, setting rich context, shaping outputs for specific audiences. Participants bring real work examples and leave with reusable prompt templates built around their actual responsibilities.
Week 3
Automation and workflow integration — how to connect AI to the tools they already use (Slack, email, docs, CRM). Focus is on eliminating repetitive tasks and building lightweight systems that save time every week.
Week 4: Capstone
The final session brings each cohort together for group office hours — troubleshooting, refining, and sharing what's working. Every participant contributes to a shared workflow library that lives on after the program ends. This is the artifact the team keeps.
